To our valued clients, partners, and friends:
Our relationships are at the core of our success – and in that thought, we’d first like to extend our good wishes and support to all those impacted by this rapidly evolving and historic crisis. We are all in this together and we surely understand that these will be very challenging times. When the dust settles, we are confident that key lessons will be learned and that we will all emerge as a more prepared, diligent, and proactive public when dealing with similar events in the future.
That said, we would like to assure each one of you that Commsult has tested and verified their remote office capabilities and we are fully operational at this time. As remote connectivity and cloud-capable operations have been among many of the improvements made to our business over the course of recent years, we are certain that Team Commsult will continue to operate with both consistency and security in the principality.
Effective Monday, March 16th, we have temporarily closed our primary offices in accordance with both guidance and sensibility, but this will not impact our ability to respond to any current or future project demands. We are and will be, standing by and committed to assisting however we can – and we encourage you to reach out to us to discuss any ideas or concerns you might have.
As a further result of this situation, Commsult has also elected to suspend any travel unless it is deemed critical to client operations. As this is both a national & global crisis, we are all going to learn to lean much harder on digital tools available to us.
As of this writing, we are still planning to complete any local, pre-scheduled site surveys and inspections prior to the end of business on Wednesday, March 18, 2020. After that date, and out of respect for best practices as indicated by the CDC, we ask that our clients strongly consider waiving on-site meeting participation unless absolutely unavoidable.
Lastly, we thank you all so much for your support and engagement – both in the past and going forward. Our team is among the most privileged in the world to serve such an exciting and amazing client base and we couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve all come by working together.
We feel that this crisis will create abounding opportunities in the future in the areas of facility protection and domestic manufacturing (among others) and we look forward to having those discussions when this situation is over and the “new normal” is the current reality.
From all of us at Commsult, please stay safe everyone – and don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.
